When an order has been created, you find out that the order is not functioning as you expected to. That is unfortunate. What to do next?


We do not know automatically if a toplist website has changed something on their end. You have to let us know! You can let us know in a few ways.


1. Use any of the support links to notify an admin

2. Use the report broken button - this will send an e-mail to a developer immediately. The developer will look at the issue in the next 24 hours and let you know if we can solve it quickly. When there is no 'report broken' button, then we already know that this website is broken and already trying to solve the problem.

Click this button and a developer is notified.
